AURORA, Colo. (Feb. 29, 2024) — Spring at Gaylord Rockies is in full bloom for Colorado Staycationers and out-of-state vacationers, with the launch of new springtime activities and packages to complement the 720-foot-long lazy river opening for the season.
Families can take advantage of Arapahoe Springs Water Park, the resort's complex featuring heated indoor and outdoor pools, three waterslides, and a 720-foot-long lazy river (opening for the season Friday, March 14) complete with a rocky grotto, water jets, and bubblers. Private poolside cabanas are available in addition to activities for children such as bingo, trivia, ping pong tournaments, cookie decorating and water balloon competitions.
