KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Old Hickory Steakhouse, the signature dining experience at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, has been named one of the Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2026 by OpenTable.
The list highlights the nation's top hotel and resort restaurants, compiled using OpenTable's comprehensive diner data and verified reviews. According to OpenTable, 60 percent of Americans have booked a hotel stay based on a specific restaurant, and hotel restaurant dining by travelers has surged 13 percent year over year. OpenTable's 2026 Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America rankings are based on more than 10 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics gathered from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.

Known for its prime steaks, rare artisanal cheeses, fresh seafood, award-winning wines and handcrafted cocktails, Old Hickory Steakhouse opened with the resort in 2002. It was completely renovated and reopened in 2023 with an updated aesthetic, new show kitchen, dry-aged steak display, glass-enclosed wine wall, a gourmet cheese cave, an expanded bar and patio lounge, all-new furniture and artwork inside and outside the restaurant, and a new architectural and decorative lighting package. The renovation project also included the addition of a private dining area for groups, the Sabal Palm Dining Room.
Old Hickory Steakhouse also recently received Wine Spectator's 2026 Best of Award of Excellence. The award recognizes restaurants that offer outstanding breadth across multiple wine regions, deep selections from renowned producers and superior presentation. This marks the third consecutive year Old Hickory Steakhouse has received the Wine Spectator recognition, and it was one of only 1,704 category honorees across the United States and more than 85 countries.
