Parking Validation
Relâche Spa will validate valet or self-parking for local guests with booked services. If you wish to valet your vehicle, please follow the signs along the drive to the Cascades/Lobby Entrance. When you have reached the covered portion of the driveway at the entrance to the lobby, inform the valet that you are visiting Relâche. Valet parking at the resort is free for local guests visiting Relâche Spa.
Upon arriving at entrance to the resort, follow the signs along the drive to the Cascades Entrance. When you reached the covered portion of the driveway at the entrance to the lobby, inform the valet that you are visiting Relâche. Please allow a few extra minutes if you plan to use the valet service.
If you wish to self-park, please bring your ticket to the spa, and one of our front desk agents will be happy to validate it for you.
Finding the Spa inside the Resort
Relâche Spa is located on the second floor in the Cascades Atrium, directly above the Cascades Lobby. Find Relâche on a map of the hotel.
Taking the Stairs - From the Cascades Lobby
1. Enter Gaylord Opryland Resort at the Cascades Lobby entrance.
2. Walk straight through the lobby to the entrance of the Cascades Atrium.
3. Turn to your left and follow the pathway to the stairs.
4. Climb the single flight of stairs to the skywalk.
5. Turn to your right and follow the path to the end of the skywalk.
6. The entrance to Relâche Spa will be directly in front of you.
Taking the Escalator - From the Cascades Lobby
1. Enter Gaylord Opryland Resort at the Cascades Lobby entrance.
2. Walk straight through the lobby to the entrance of the Cascades Atrium.
3. Follow the path straight ahead through the Cascades Atrium. The escalator will be directly in front of you.
4. Ride the escalator up to the second floor.
5. When you get off the escalator, make a u-turn to your left so that you are once again facing the Cascades Atrium.
6. Go to the skywalk and follow it to the right. You will pass through a small cave behind the large waterfall.
7. When you reach the end of the skywalk, the entrance to Relâche Spa will be directly in front of you.
Taking the Elevator - From the Cascades Lobby
1. Enter Gaylord Opryland Resort at the Cascades Lobby entrance.
2. Walk straight through the lobby to the entrance of the Cascades Atrium.
3. Turn to your left and follow the pathway to the left. The elevator will be in the hallway, away from the open air of the atrium.
4. Take the elevator up to the second floor.
5. Exit the elevator, and turn to your right.
6. Follow the hallway until you reach the entrance to Relâche Spa on your right.
A Note on Accessibility
Please be aware that there is a small set of stairs just inside the spa entrance. Relâche has a wheelchair lift at the entrance to allow convenient access to our guests who require some mobility assistance.
We encourage guests with limited mobility to take advantage of our complimentary valet service and to take the elevator to the spa entrance on the second floor.
