1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Gaylord Hotels Most Memorable Wedding Online Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 10 a.m. (Central Time ["CT"]) on September 14, 2010, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2010. To enter, visit The Gaylord Hotels Most Memorable Wedding ("Gaylord") website, www.mostmemorablewedding.com ("Gaylord Hotels Website"), upload your photo or memory if you desire, fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. All entries must be received by October 31, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. CT, to be eligible. Only one online entry per person per email address. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one online entry, only the first online entry will count. When you enter at the Gaylord Hotels Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Gaylord Hotels & Attractions ("Sponsor"). Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Gaylord Hotels & Attractions, which is available on the Gaylord Hotels Website.
By submitting an entry, you hereby consent to the following: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are acknowledged, you irrevocably grant to Gaylord sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to the materials submitted by you in your entry (the "Materials"), and each element contained in the Materials. This grant includes the right of Gaylord to use (in any manner whatsoever and in whole or in part) the names, images, likenesses, biographical information, appearances and performances contained in the Materials. You hereby represent and warrant that: (1) you are am the sole and exclusive owner of the Materials, and you have the ability to grant Gaylord all of the rights contained herein; (2) Gaylord's use of the Materials does not violate the rights of privacy or rights of publicity of any third party, and you have obtained all required permissions or approvals of any third party contained in, or referenced in, the Materials; (3) you have never submitted nor granted any rights in the Materials to any other third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Gaylord harmless from and against any breach of these representations and warranties. You hereby waive, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns any so-called "moral rights" and any similar rights, laws and legal principles.
2. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address and internet access prior to September 1, 2010. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. Employees of Sponsor, Gaylord Entertainment and any other entities involved in this promotion, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, website developers and administrators, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of these Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries.
3. Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing at the conclusion of the promotional period (September 14, 2010 – October 31, 2010). Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. The "registered user" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the email address.
4. One (1) Grand Prize trip for two (winner and one companion) to a Gaylord Hotels resort destination includes: atrium garden hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights at a Gaylord Hotels resort destination; daily breakfast buffet; one spa treatment per person at Relâche Spa; roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a Southwest origination point/airport of Gaylord's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Gaylord Hotels) to one of four Gaylord Hotels resort destinations . If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Gaylord Hotels resort destination, the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for his/her own transportation to that destination; approximate retail value of prize: $2,220.00.
Except as specifically provided herein, Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All shows and other events offered in connection with this Sweepstakes are subject to change and/or cancellation. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. Travel in this Sweepstakes must be completed in the time period of December 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Only listed Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, refunds, cash or credit equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Renters must meet Hertz driver and credit qualifications at time and place of rental and car must be returned to that location. Sponsor and Administrators will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
5. Prize Conditions: Prize winner and his/her travel companion may be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide any additional information (such as social security number), that may be required by Sponsors and Administrators, except where prohibited by law. Except where prohibited by law, potential winner must return all required documents (together with travel companion's required documents) within 72 hours following attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsors and Administrators to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing.
6. Limitations of Liability: Winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete on-line entries due to system errors, failures or any technical malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other printing errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing of posting of the offer or in these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of the winners, or the distribution of any prizes.
7. Requests received after November 30, 2010 will not be honored.
