
Giorgi Di Lemis is the vice president of food & beverage for Gaylord Hotels. Giorgi was most recently V.P. of Food & Beverage for our Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Prior to leading the Florida conference Giorgi joined the team from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as vice president of luxury resorts, food & beverage operations, responsible for 31 resort hotels in Florida, Caribbean, Colorado, Arizona, California and Mexico.
For 19 years, he also worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in various food and beverage positions, as well as executive assistant manager. The properties included: Park Hyatt Chicago, Hyatt Regency Westshore, New Orleans, Minneapolis, Oakbrook, Ravinia, and Key West.
Giorgi received a business degree from Accademia di Venezia in Venice, Italy, and is a Certified Hotel Executive by A.H.M.A. He grew up in Venice, Italy.
