You'll be amazed at the number of options for smaller-sized meetings at Gaylord Texan, including our Conference Rooms, many of which can be configured for meetings of 50 or fewer. For executive meetings consider the Bluebonnet Boardroom and Primrose Boardroom. Intimate, elegant and outfitted with cutting edge audio/visual technology, our boardrooms create the perfect atmosphere for brainstorming, strategizing and getting the deal done. You may also want to consider one of our Suites for meeting space or an early evening mixer or networking event.

Located between the ballrooms, our City Hall Rooms offer flexible and convenient space for meetings of this size. Their central location provides easy flow and simple navigation for attendees moving from general session to small breakout meetings. The Pecos and Del Rio conference rooms, located on the lobby level of the Lone Star Tower, range in size from 368 square feet to 728 square feet and are perfectly sized for smaller meetings. Just a short walk away is the 3,306 square foot Yellow Rose Ballroom which provides an elegant and inspiring backdrop for gala events. The Appaloosa, Palomino and Mustang conference rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the Lone Star Tower and can also accommodate meetings in this range.

For mid-sized meetings of 200-600 attendees, the Texas and Grapevine ballrooms offer flexible breakout space that can be perfectly matched to your meeting space requirements. The Yellow Rose Ballroom can accommodate up to 330 guest in its largest configuration. Many of the conference rooms--can be configured to accommodate meetings in this range as well.

Our Texas and Grapevine Ballrooms offer a variety of configurations for meetings this size. The Texas Ballroom also offers a 100' x 40' stage for use in conferences or to handle entertainment for dinner and evening events.

In addition to our ballrooms, which can be set up for smaller meetings or opened up for larger session, the Longhorn Exhibit Hall offers 179,520 square feet for the grandest events. It is perfect for conferences, trade shows and extra-large meetings. The Longhorn Exhibit Hall can handle 17,950 attendees in its largest configuration.
