Gaylord Texan Hosts a Marvelous Mother’s Day Brunch

Grapevine, Texas—( April 16, 2009 ) In celebration of Mom, Gaylord Texan Resort will host their annual Mother’s Day Brunch in the grand Texas Ballroom. Taking place on Sunday, May 10th, the fabulous feast will include delicious fare for families to enjoy.

  Brunch offerings will include full selections of hot breakfast items, chilled salads, fresh seafood, international cheese, pasta dishes, sushi, carved-to-order meats, sizzling fajitas and desserts, to name a few. In addition, guests will enjoy sparkling wine (for adults 21 and over), live musical entertainment, and self-parking. An upscale children’s buffet will include macaroni & cheese, fried chicken, pigs in a blanket, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, pizza, and desserts.

  Tickets to Gaylord Texan’s Mother’s Day Brunch are $65 for adults, $25 for children ages 6 – 12, and FREE for children ages 5 and under.

  Want a side of weekend fun with your feast? For those wishing to celebrate all weekend, Gaylord Texan is also offering a special Mother’s Day weekend rate of $159 per night. Visitors will enjoy the resort’s six award-wining casual and fine dining restaurants; the 25,000-square-foot European inspired spa; eight unique retail shops; Glass Cactus nightclub on Lake Grapevine; and a constant schedule of atmospheric entertainment.
