Your fantasy experience starts on December 30th, when you and eleven of your closest friends are picked up in high-style by resort sedans stocked with your favorite beverages. Upon arrival at the luxurious Gaylord Texan Resort on Lake Grapevine, your group will receive a warm Texas welcome by a special greeting committee. After being escorted to the resort’s upscale Silver Bar, you’ll enjoy a refreshing cocktail, meet your personal photographer (recording your entire two-day experience), and be measured for custom-fit Lucchese boots.

Ready for the ultimate rock star treatment? Put on your new boots and let us show you to your fantasy accommodations including a Grand Presidential Suite fully stocked with amenities such as three large screen televisions, a refrigerator loaded with beverages and snacks, twelve custom monogrammed football jerseys, and twelve luxurious monogrammed bath robes. Upon entering the Grand Presidential Suite, you’ll be treated to a special kick-off reception including your own personal bartender, fully stocked bar, and upscale Hors d’Oeuvres. Your five additional Deluxe Suites will also include fully stocked refrigerators so you and your friends can have all the space you need to enjoy your two-day fantasy experience.

Don’t get too settled in those big cozy chairs next to the stocked bar—your custom two-hour spa treatments await and you are going to need to prepare for the big night ahead! Pick from aromatherapy, a couples massage, or one of our many ultimate spa treatments to get you ready for a night of New Year’s Eve celebrations. Your evening to remember starts with dinner for twelve in the private dining room of the resort’s renowned Old Hickory Steakhouse. The private dinner will include wine and a five-course dinner prepared by the resort’s award-winning Executive Chef, Joanne Bondy.

Following dinner, dance and celebrate with not one, but two, amazing New Year’s Eve parties. On January 1st, you’ll awake with a hot breakfast served in your room before you take flight in a Bell Jet Ranger helicopter to the 72nd AT&T Cotton Bowl, In just fifteen short minutes, you’ll land and be carted to your private tailgate party for twelve including yet another stocked bar and personal chef preparing your favorite tailgate food.
