Dan is director of engineering at Gaylord Texan, where he oversees the engineering, horticulture, public space and electrical services departments. Paradiso has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He earned his CEOE and American Hotel and Lodging Association engineering certifications, and was named Engineer of the Year for 2002 with the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association.
Most recently, Paradiso served as director of engineering at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.
He is currently attending Brookhaven College in Dallas, working on an AS in Business Management.
