Located next to the spa, our 4,000 square-foot fitness center offers the latest in workout technology. From free weights to treadmills, you'll be able to invigorate your body and stick to your exercise schedule during your stay. Relax the muscles with an after-workout session in the outdoor hot tub or cool down with a few laps in either our indoor or outdoor pool. The fitness center is open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and includes the following:
