Consider It Done is our service commitment to you. Each of the hotel's 1,500 STAR employees are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of every resort guest. To help with that, each guest room phone has a Consider It Done button. By pressing "Consider It Done," guests can ask questions or request a wide range of services. Our staff is delighted to assist with your every need -- from common requests, like theme park transportation, to not-so-common needs, like a chartered helicopter ride. Resort Fee

Gaylord Hotels is committed to providing our guests with a robust array of amenities, to ensure the best possible resort experience. A resort fee of $15 will be charged daily, and includes:

  • USA Today (weekdays) and Wall Street Journal (weekends) delivered to your door every morning
  • Wireless Internet access available in your guest room and in public spaces throughout the hotel in the three main atriums (St. Augustine, Everglades, and Key West)
  • High-speed Internet access in your guest room
