Tom’s unique character and flair for food and beverage made him a natural fit to join the Gaylord Palms Resort as Vice President and Hotel Manager in 2010. In his role, he is responsible for all day-to-day operations at the 1406 room property. Prior to becoming a Gaylord Leadership STAR, Tom was most recently Resident Manager at the 1418-room Hilton Orlando Convention Center.
Petrillo’s established career also includes executive food and beverage positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation as well as management positions at the Hilton Short Hills, NJ and the Hilton Waikoloa Village, Hawaii.
