Gaylord Palms STAR culture starts at the top. Johann Krieger has embraced it, lives it and sets the example of it every day. In just under ten years, Johann has grown from serving as Director of Front Services to being the Top Dog at one of the top 20 convention resort hotels in the United States. As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Johann, together with his Leadership Committee team, drive the Gaylord Palms Resort vision, strategic plan and set the tone for our STARS to enjoy a fun and rewarding experience.
Prior to Gaylord, Johann was Manager of Front Services and Concierge at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort, where he was the complex front services and concierge manager. Previous experience also includes leadership positions in concierge and bell services.
