With more than 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Gregg currently serves as Director of Human Resources, supporting a team of nearly 2,000 STARS.

Gregg joined Gaylord Hotels in 2001 as Assistant Director of Human Resources and a member of Gaylord Palms' pre-opening leadership team. In 2004, she moved to the company's flagship property, Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee, as Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Prior to joining the company, Gregg served as Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Entertainment Division of Universal Orlando. She began her professional career as a recruiter and human resources generalist in the healthcare industry.

Gregg received her B.S. in Health Administration with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.
