There's no shortage of options for smaller-sized meetings at Gaylord Palms including our Conference Rooms, many of which can be configured for meetings of 50 or fewer. Executive meetings are perfectly suited for one of our two elegantly appointed boardrooms, the Sanchez Boardroom and the Hemingway Boardroom. Intimate, elegant and outfitted with cutting edge audio/visual technology, our boardrooms create the perfect atmosphere for brainstorming, strategizing and getting the deal done. The Sanchez features board tables that seats 12, while the Hemingway can seat 14. Plus, our boardrooms are located in Emerald Bay, our unique Hotel within a Hotel concept. That means that your attendees' guest rooms could be literally steps from your meeting space.

All of our Conference Rooms and Breakout Rooms--Sun, Osceola, Emerald, St. George Street and The City Hall Area—have just the right combination of size and proximity for meetings of up to 200 attendees. Located in close proximity to the ballrooms, these spaces make for easy transitions between general session and smaller breakout meetings. In addition, the exquisite Orange Blossom Ballroom also can be set up for meetings or conferences of this size.

For mid-sized meetings of 200-600 attendees, the Osceola, Sun, and Orange Blossom Ballrooms offer the flexibility to be set-up according to your meeting space requirements. Several of the City Hall breakout rooms-->Miami, Naples, Sanibel, Sarasota, Tallahassee and Tampa--can accommodate meetings in this range as well.

More than 1,000 Attendees
You'll have many options for meetings of more than 1,000 in the Osceola, and Sun Ballrooms. The ballrooms can be configured for smaller meetings or opened up for larger session. For the largest of events, the Florida Exhibition Hall was specifically designed for conferences, trade shows and gala events on the grandest scale. The Hall can accommodate more than 21,000 attendees in its largest configuration or be subdivided for meetings in the 1,400 to 5,400 range.
