The fee for holding a wedding ceremony at the Gaylord Palms begins at $5,300 and is based on location, set up, date and number of guests.

Wedding Receptions

Delight your guests with hors d'oeuvres and champagne passed by white-gloved waiters as they await your arrival. Then, have Gaylord Palms chefs serve from carving stations, or experience an elegant three- or four-course meal served by uniformed wait staff.

Gaylord Palms offers several menu and drink packages to choose from, and each may be customized to meet your specific wishes.

Wedding Planners

We have the expertise, experience and professionalism to make your dream wedding a reality. We make it our responsibility to offer the finest food, services and atmosphere, as well as suggestions, ideas and guidance to help our wedding couples.

The selection of vendors for wedding services such as cakes, photography and florists is at your discretion. Our wedding coordinators, however, are available to advise you and suggest the finest vendors in the area, while our Director of Entertainment can assist you in selecting musicians for the ceremony or wedding reception.
