Online Diagramming Tool

This is an online tool for creating rough layouts of your meeting rooms, which you can email to your Conference Services Manager to start the planning process and download into MeetingMatrix's Silver desktop application for more detailed planning.

All room set-ups need to be reviewed by the property set-up manager for final approval.

The set-ups shown provide only a rough idea and do not take into account any elements that will affect the number of seats allowed such as screens, stages, sound boards, columns and local fire regulations for aisle size and chair spacing.

To use ActiveMatrix, click on the Rooms tab below to select the room that you want to create the room set up in. Click on the Style tab to select the set up that you wish to use.
