The Palms' nine Presidential Suites come in a variety of sizes and afford you the ultimate in exclusivity. These suites create sumptuous spaces for entertaining or hosting executive-level meetings. When you stay in our Presidential Suites, you'll be pampered with Gaylord's signature flawless service--perhaps our very best amenity.

Hotel Amenities

In addition to access to Gaylord Palms' state-of-the-art fitness center, our $15 resort fee includes high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi access in your room (and the public areas of the hotel--except for meeting rooms), two bottles of water replenished in your room daily, a daily newspaper, and the first 20 minutes of each local, toll-free or credit phone call.

Consider It Done

The Consider It Done button, located on every guest phone, is part of the commitment made by the hotel's 1,500 STAR employees to meet the diverse needs of every hotel guest. By pressing "Consider it Done," guests can ask questions or request a wide range of services. Our staff is delighted to assist with your every need — from common requests, like theme park transportation, to not-so-common needs, like a chartered helicopter ride.

Gaylord Hotels is committed to providing our guests with a robust array of amenities, to ensure the best possible hotel experience. A resort fee of $15 (plus tax) will be charged daily, and includes:

• USA Today (weekdays) and Wall Street Journal (weekends) available every morning
• Wireless Internet access available in your guest room and in public spaces throughout the hotel in the three main atriums (St. Augustine, Everglades and Key West)
