Resort Amenities
In addition to access to Gaylord Palms' state-of-the-art fitness center and the indoor/outdoor pool, our $15 resort fee includes high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi access in your room (and the public areas of the hotel--accept for meeting rooms), two bottles of water in your room per day, a daily newspaper delivered to your room, and the first 20 minutes of each local, toll-free or credit phone call.

The Consider It Done button, located on every guest phone, is part of the commitment made by the hotel's 1,500 STAR employees to meet the diverse needs of every resort guest. Our staff is delighted to assist with your every need -- from common requests, like theme park transportation, to not-so-common needs, like a chartered helicopter ride.
