Take in the South Beach vibe at our sushi bar Sora, with specialty handcrafted drinks. Try the "Opulent" -- with amaretto, melon liqueur, coconut rum, and sweet and sour on the rocks. Or, the "Simple" -- a shaken drink featuring Absolut® citron, yuzu juice, sweet and sour, and blackberry puree. Whether your preferences run more to "Pure" and "Juicy," or to "Fragrant" and "Herbaceous," Sora's eclectic tastes are sure to satisfy your own.

At H2O Sports Bar & Grille, we serve up large tropical drinks poolside, along with a fresh mix of American favorites and 15 screens' worth of sports. For late-night revelry, Auggie's Jammin' Piano Bar dishes up nightly piano duels in addition to cocktails.

At the Lounge at Old Hickory Steakhouse, indulge in a glass of dessert wine, a single-malt scotch or a single-barrel bourbon. "Pick your poison" takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to our martinis, named after Florida's venomous snakes... including the black cherry Coral Snake, lusciously chocolate Southern Copperhead, and the Pygmy Rattlesnake with sour apple liquor and a caramel rim.

Then there's Sunset Sam's Fish Camp, where you can enjoy appetizers, oversized cocktails and one of Florida's most extensive selections of rums... all aboard a 60-foot sailboat. And at 6:00 p.m., it's time for our nightly Sunset Celebration! Invite your group to enjoy live music, festive drinks, performers and the general spectacle of this nightly atrium party.
