Where are you located?
Interstate 4 at International Drive & Osceola Parkway, Exit 65. We are the next exit to Disney.

What credit cards do you take?
We accept all major credit cards.

 

Do you have Transportation to Disney? From the Airport?
We have 24-hour transportation service from the airport. We run shuttles to and from Disney during their hours of operation.

When can I check in? Check out?
Check in is at 3:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

 

What are your parking fees?
Our parking fees are as follows:

  • Self-parking (per day or overnight): $12 per day plus tax
  • Visitor Valet Parking: $20 per day, plus tax
  • Overnight Valet Parking: $20 per day, plus tax

 

Where can I rent a car?
We have a Hertz rental car agency at the hotel. You may also rent a car from the airport.

 

Will you be selling theme park tickets?
We have a ticket counter at the hotel that sells all theme park tickets in the surrounding area.

When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
You may cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the arrival date without a penalty. This does not apply if you are participating with a group. Each group has a specific cancellation policy. You will need to contact your meeting professional to find out your specific policy.

 

Do I need to guarantee my reservation?
Reservations are automatically guaranteed by charging a one night room + tax deposit. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled 72 hours before your arrival date.

What does the Resort Fee include?
Daily newspaper delivered to your guest room door; wireless internet access in your guest room and in public spaces throughout the hotel in the three atriums (St. Augustine, Everglades & Key West) – in-room high speed internet access; two bottles of Dasani water delivered daily to your guest room refrigerator; complimentary local and toll free telephone calls (up to 20 minutes); use of Canyon Ranch SpaClub fitness center; complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World theme parks and a free bucket of range balls at nearby Falcon's Fire Golf Club.

We have hundreds of connecting rooms. You may request connecting rooms and we will do everything we can to fill your request.

 

Do you take pets?
No, but we are happy to recommend kennel services that are located close to the hotel that are used specifically for travelers.

 

How many people to a room?
Maximum of 4 due to the fire code in the city.

We have 3 restaurants and several fast service outlets.

Do I need reservations?
It is suggested that you get reservations for dinner in the main restaurants. Luncheon and breakfast reservations are not needed unless special circumstances dictate the need.

 

What's your best restaurant?
All of our restaurants offer unique menu selections. Each has it's own specialty. You may look under dining on the web site to get more information on the cuisine.

 

What's your most casual restaurant?
All of our restaurants are comfortable and have a resort feel for relaxation. Villa de Flora, however is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a more relaxed atmosphere.

 

Will you offer healthy entrees?
Yes, we will offer healthy cuisine created from recipes from our spa.

 

Is your room service available 24 hours?
Yes.

 

Do you have coffee makers in the room?
Yes.

 

Do you have mini-bars in the room?
No.

 

What are the hours of your restaurants?
Breakfast will be served at 6:30 am on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. on the weekends. Other restaurants will be open until 10:00 p.m., unless the demand requires them to stay open later.

 

What time do your bars open?
11:00 a.m. daily and 1:00 p.m. on Sundays due to local alcohol laws.

 

Spa

How do I make appointments?

Golf

Do you have a golf course?
We are affiliated with Falcon's Fire Golf Club within minutes of the hotel. We offer transportation to the course throughout the day.

 

Can I get advance tee times?
Yes, we are able to book a minimum of 7 days in advance.

 

How much are the green fees?
They range from $45 - $140 depending on the season.
