Hotel Provides Temporary Studio Space to Tampa Sports Talk Radio Station

Kissimmee, Florida—( July 25, 2008 ) Gaylord Palms Hotel is hosting the sports broadcasting team from WQYK-AM, Tampa Sports Talk Radio, for 51 hours of live broadcasts during Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp, July 28-August 13.

The broadcasts are made from a "temporary studio" located in the hotel's signature atrium.

Their popular radio line up includes Tom Krasniqi (6-7am); Mike Pepper (7-9am); Bobby Fenton (9am-Noon and 6-7pm); and The Sports Chix (Noon-2pm).

The current broadcast schedule (subject to change) is: July 28 (6am-2pm and 6-7pm); July 30 (9am-2pm); August 1(6am-2pm); August 4 (6am-2pm and 6-8pm); August 7 (6-9am); August 11 (Noon-2pm and 6-8pm); August 12 (6am-Noon); and August 13 (6am-Noon).

"We're proud to host the WQYK team," said Kemp Gallineau, general manager. "Our proximity to Disney's Wide World of Sports makes us an ideal location, less than one mile away."

Training camp—the seventh NFL training camp at Disney's Wide World of Sports complex—runs through August 14.

Tampa Bay Bucs fans can stay overnight, or just retreat from the heat for a meal inside the hotel's air-conditioned 4.5-acre atrium.
