Stanfield comes to Gaylord Palms with 14 years of experience in Food and Beverage. Most recently, he served as senior Food & Beverage director at the Grand Hyatt Washington (DC), with responsibilities at six other Hyatt F&B operations. His passion for quality was honed at several Hyatt Hotels, including Miami, Key West, Orlando and DC, having spent the last 11 years as F&B director.
Stanfield also worked in the Rooms division as executive housekeeper and also as a Rooms director. He attended Florida international University's School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Robert grew up living in hotels with his family in Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, and multiple cities in the United States.
