Monica began her career with Gaylord in 1995, as Corporate Sales Manager for Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. Since joining Gaylord Entertainment, she has held several positions and has left an impact on the many STAR employees of the organization.
In 2007, Monica re-located to Central Florida and joined the Gaylord Palms' sales team. By April, 2010 she was promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing.
