Johann Krieger oversees the day-to-day operations of the 1,406-room hotel and supports the resort's nearly 2,000 STARS.

Johann joined Gaylord Hotels in 2001 as a member of the opening team for Gaylord Palms, serving as Director of Front Services, which included bell services, Consider It Done, valet parking, concierge and celebrity services. In 2005, he was promoted to Director of Rooms.

Prior to Gaylord, Johann was Manager of Front Services and Concierge at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. His previous experience includes leadership positions in concierge and bell services.
