Bill joined the Gaylord Palms family in 2007 as Director of Catering Operations and was shortly promoted to VP of Conference Management in 2009. He joined the resort after years of catering to some of New York’s most noted conventions and high-society social affairs at New York’s Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
