A brand-new hotspot that's as fresh as it is funky, Sora combines the art of sushi with the style of South Beach.
Sora — meaning "blue sky" in Japanese — features a full bar offering eclectic and handcrafted drinks elegantly branded as "divine" and "distinct" or "savory" and "sumptuous." It's truly a culinary art form fused with South Florida chic.
With style to spare and a to-die-for menu, Sora is a creative venue for dinner, and a funky, hip vibe makes it the place to be seen.
Our specialty sushi ranges from startlingly fresh sashimi and the ever-popular dragon roll, to our signature cucumber roll. Larger dishes are available in the evening hours, including exotic peking duck and miso-glazed Chilean sea bass.
Open daily, serving food from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The bar is open daily from 4:00 p.m. until midnight.

Gaylord Palms Resort continues their monthly series of sushi events, celebrating good friendships, good fortune and good times at SORA, serving sushi with a South Beach flare.
This month, enjoy a tasting of wine & sake as you learn how to make California rolls and Spicy Tuna rolls. Sign up with your friends and learn how to make sushi rice, and practice the technique of sushi rolling, taught by SORA sushi chef Masashi Innami.
At the end, each participant will get a certificate and recipe card, and their own sushi rolling mat and chopsticks to practice at home.
Doors open at 5:30 pm with a special reception.
