Abhyanga: $240 (50 minutes)
Balancing and relaxing, this treatment is performed by two therapists working in a synchronized massage.
Aromatherapy Massage: $130/$185 (50/80 minutes)
Scent has the most profound effect of the body’s five senses. Our specialized massage technique fuses influences from the East and West to relax, revive, rescue, renew or de-stress the body.
Deep Tissue Massage: $130/$185 (50/80 minutes)
Deep-Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layer of muscle tissue. This massage is perfect to release chronic muscle tension by using slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles.
Harmonic Couples Massage: $260/$370 (50/80 minutes)
Experience a special treat in our couple’s therapy treatment room. This perfect couple’s getaway allows you to share unforgettable memories side-by-side with someone special. Enjoy a Swedish, Aromatherapy or Deep Tissue massage in your own secluded spa haven.
Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage: $ 65 (25 minutes)
Take 25 minutes to target those Tension Zones.
Hydro-massage: $130 (50 minutes)
Let the water do the work as you soak in a large tub filled with warm not hot water and oils to help with the relaxation. With a water pressure wand, a massage is performed. Bathing suits are required.
Muscle Melt: $180 (80 minutes)
This treatment works your pressure points to release blocked energy. A heated herbal poultice is used to reduce aches and pains and increase lymphatic drainage, followed by a massage with herbal infused oil to increase the flow of energy between the pressure points and to nourish the skin.
Shiatsu Massage: $130 (50 minutes)
Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese treatment meaning “finger pressure.” This active, rhythmic massage stimulates acupressure points along energy meridians throughout the body. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
Sole Rejuvenation: $ 130 (50 minutes)
Using reflexology techniques, your legs and feet are exfoliated from the knee down. Then this area is massaged with a heating gel to really ease the muscles in the calves and feet.
Soothing Stone Massage $190 (80 minutes)
Loosen up your tense muscles and completely unwind! Warmed basalt stones are placed on the body and combined with oils to release tension, restore balance and increase positive energy flow. The stones are used to gently encourage sore muscles to relax and surrender as circulation increases, bringing a sense of well-being and harmony.
Relāche Signature Massage $120/$175 (50/80 minutes)
Enjoy our classic full-body massage that encompasses all major muscle groups. Our Swedish massage is perfect for reducing stress, relieving tension, easing pain and improving circulation.
Thai Massage $ 185/$ 245 (80/100 minutes)
This graceful therapy performed, on a floor mat is often called yoga massage. Using compression and slow rocking movements the therapist stretches the soft tissue while balancing the body’s energy. Loose fitting clothing is required as there is no draping involved with this service.

Island Scalp Massage $20
Warm coconut oil is drizzled over the scalp and massaged into the hair.
Choose your favorite tropical infusion: Coconut or Star fruit.
Invigorating Scalp Treatment $20
A cooling peppermint scalp cleanser is massaged into the hair and scalp, stimulating and refreshing.
Hand Treatment $20
Hands are exfoliated with Neem and Date seed, and then moisturized with a Neem and blood Orange Lotion.
Foot Treatment: $20
An essential oil based walnut and Gotu Kola scrub is used to exfoliate the feet, then an omega 3 and Loquat body milk is applied to soften and hydrate the feet.
The Relāche Spa at the Gaylord Plams features facial services that not only address the needs of every skin type and condition, but offers an experience in total relaxation. Each facial includes a careful analysis of your skin, followed by cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and massage of the hands, face, neck, décolleté and a customized treatment mask application.
The Gaylord Glow $185 (80 minutes)
Discover our revolutionary facial that was developed in response to the realization that metadermabolic enzymes with vitamins and protein complexes rapidly improve the metabolism and cellular memory of dermal cells. This highly active enzyme reprograms skin cells to use more energy, thereby becoming self-rejuvenating. Symptoms of aging skin, including wrinkles, loss of glow, irregular skin tones and increased pore size are reversed and repaired.
Relāche Spa Signature Facial $135 (50 minutes)
The benefits of this classic facial treatment are bestowed upon your face as you simply relax and allow your skin-care specialist to determine precisely what is required to awaken your skin. Each step, including a concentrated mask, is selected for your skin type and works to achieve balance within the skin, producing a dewy and radiant complexion.
Secrets of India $180 (80 minutes)
This a traditional ayurvedic facial treatment, customized with essential oils. A facial massage focuses on the marma points (energy points). This treatment also includes choice of relaxing dry scalp massage or Shirodhara.
Sensitive Skin Facial $135 (50 minutes)
Soothing and nourishing facial treatment that is excellent for reducing redness and inflammation. Excellent for people with delicate, or sensitive skin.
Total Elegance Facial $135 (50 minutes)
This is a Soothing and gentle facial treatment. Essential oil based customization. A wonderful treatment to cleanse and balance the skin.
Gentlemen’s Hot Towel Facial $135 (50 minutes)
Designed to meet the specific needs of a man’s skin, this facial enlists the help of nutrient-rich marine agents to address the areas left neglected by the shave-and-soap approach, leaving your skin fresh and invigorated. Please be sure to shave prior to this treatment.
Purifying Back Facial $135 (50 minutes)
Designed for congested, clogged skin that is hard to reach and not properly cared for. Similar to a facial, this treatment deep cleanses, tones and moisturizes.
Anti-Aging Facial $180 (80 minutes)
This facial is an accelerated procedure that incorporates two effective topical exfoliants. The combination of glycolic acid and proteolytic enzymes safely intensifies the resurfacing action and provides measurable results for virtually any skin type.
Deep cleansing facial $180 (80 minutes)
In-depth cleansing of the skin, to alleviate congested pores through exfoliation, steam and extractions, if necessary. A specialty mask is also applied to balance and sooth the skin, leaving soft smooth and radiant skin

Anti- Aging Body Treatment $ 140 (50 minutes)
This treatment helps to address the signs of dry and/or aging skin. Its starts with the skin being gently
cleansed, and then an application of lactic acid applied to exfoliate. Then a blend of vitamins A, C and E are applied into the skin. An additional masque is also used to the most vulnerable skin areas to help enhance the product penetration.
Dilo Rescue Wrap $ 70 (25 minutes)
The dilo nut has been used for centuries in Fiji to heal skin that has been over exposed to the sun. After an application of dilo combined with Aloe Vera, Coconut and Exotic Fiji nut oils, the body is then lightly wrapped. While the oils begin to penetrate, cooling and healing the skin, a cold compress of smooth stones are used on the face and neck to relieve heat, inflammation and pain.
Fijian Marau Ritual $ 185 (80 minutes)
This treatment begins by bathing in a coconut milk bath to help relax the body and ease the mind. The body is then exfoliated with a pineapple cream scrub. Warm body butter is then applied onto the body to hydrate the skin. Hot stones are placed on specific areas then you are wrapped onto a cocoon while a Fijian scalp massage is performed.
Hydrating Paradise Wrap $ 135 (50 minutes)
The skin is dry brushed to remove dead skin cells. Then warm vitamin and anti-oxidant enriched oil is applied. Warm stones are placed on the body and then the guest is wrapped while a Fijian scalp massage is
performed with warm oil.
Shirodora $ 140 (50 minutes)
A steady stream of oil will be dripped onto your third eye to bring inner peace to the mind and body. Enjoy a relaxing scalp massage along with a hand and foot massage.
Shrink to fit $190 (80 minutes)
Focus on the areas you want to shrink, mainly the hips, thighs and abdomen. A full body exfoliation is followed by two treatment creams packed with powerful result oriented ingredients to fight cellulite, firm and tone the skin and reduce the appearance of stretch marks. A treatment mask is applied to the specified areas while alight scalp, neck and shoulder massage is performed.
Tropical Island Glow $140 (50 minutes) (formerly ancient waves body glow)
Relax and enjoy as milk from the coconut is gently massaged into the skin, followed by an application of pure cane sugar and tropical nut oils, ridding the body of dead skin. Healthy new skin is revealed, and skin’s elasticity is strengthened and moisturized.
Ishara (pronounced ee-shar-ah) $ 250 (100 minutes)
It is all about the smells and the slow movements. Hot sage towels are placed on the face to help calm the mind. A geranium scalp massages is performed, followed by the application of body herbs. After the herbs are gently buffed off, you will soak in a rose petal tub with muscle relaxing oils, followed by a very slow massage with Clary Sage vanilla oil.

Free You’re Mind $130 (50 minutes)
Focus on upper back and neck from a face up position to ensure comfort and correct positioning during pregnancy.
The Smoothie $180 (80 minutes)
Rejuvenate your skin and clear your mind in preparation of your pending arrival. The Mama Mio Smoothie will exfoliate your skin oh so gently (but effectively), followed by the most moisturizing products to hydrate your skin. A luxurious scalp massage will sweep away your stress, leaving you with skin to rival your baby’s bottom.

Blue Ocean $85 (50 minutes)
Sit back, relax and be pampered from soul to sole. Start with a ritual cleansing with coconut milk, followed by an exfoliation of natural occurring alpha hydroxy in a pure cane sugar infused with essential oils, enzymes and coconut oil. A warm body butter wrap is then applied to the feet and while you are floating in a paradise your legs are massaged with warm coconut exotic massage oil.
Sea Mist Manicure $65 (50 minutes)
Bring back a youthful glow to the hands! Start with a relaxing soak in coconut milk bath, followed by an exfoliation of natural occurring alpha hydroxy in a pure cane sugar infused with essential oils, enzymes and coconut oil. A warm body butter wrap for your hands will deliver moisture to instantly revive skin while milk proteins set in motion a firming process to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Breathe deep as rich lotion is applied and gently massaged into the arms.
Classique Manicure $40 (30 minutes)
This is a cosmetic beauty treatment for the fingernails and hands enjoyed by both sexes. Our classique manicure reshapes your nails, cleans up the cuticles, and massages moisture into your hands. Steamed towel wrap. Finish with your choice of nail lacquer and polished to perfection! – Citric acid and vitamin e scrub.
Classique Pedicure $75 (50 minutes)
A super-hydrating aroma therapeutic pedicure packed with vitamins and minerals to promote beautiful, healthy looking feet. Your feet are soaked and exfoliated, cuticles are perfected, and nails are reshaped and buffed. Then finish with your choice of nail lacquer and polished to perfection!
Royal Relāche Manicure $65 (50 minutes)
This is an ultimate restorative hand treatment. A two part exfoliation system, that actively works on the skin for a combination of micro-dermabrasion exfoliation and a fruit acid mini-peel treatment.
