Do you have Transportation to Disney? From the Airport?

Do you sell theme park tickets?
Yes, tickets to area theme parks and attractions are available through our Concierge. When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
You may cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the arrival date without a penalty. This does not apply if you are participating with a group. Each group has a specific cancellation policy. You will need to contact your group's meeting professional to inquire about your specific policy.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation?
Reservations are automatically guaranteed by charging a deposit of one night room plus tax. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled 72 hours before your arrival date. (See group disclaimer above.)

What's the tax?
Per local and state ordinances, we charge a 13% tax. Beginning January 1, 2009, in addition to 13% tax, a 1% Osceola County Assessment fee will also be charged on all rooms related transactions. This assessment is taxable.
What does the Resort Fee include?
Gaylord Palms is committed to providing our guests with a robust array of amenities to ensure the best possible experience. A resort fee of $15 (plus tax) will be charged daily and includes: newspaper delivered to your guest room door; wireless Internet access in your guest room and in public spaces throughout the hotel in the three atriums (St. Augustine, Everglades & Key West); in-room high-speed Internet access; two bottles of Dasani® water delivered daily to your guest room refrigerator; complimentary local and toll free telephone calls (up to 20 minutes); use of the Relâche Spa fitness center; complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World theme parks.
Can I get connecting rooms?
If you require connecting rooms, please ask your reservations agent to note it in your reservation.
Do you take pets?
No, but we are happy to recommend kennel services located near the hotel that are used specifically for travelers.
How many people to a room?
Due to local fire code ordinances, there is a maximum of four people per room.

How many restaurants are in the hotel?
Gaylord Palms offers seven unique dining experiences including: Old Hickory Steak House, Sunset Sam's Fish Camp (seafood), Villa de Flora (Mediterranean buffet), Sora (sushi), and H20 Sports Bar & Cantina. For your convenience, Java Coast offers casual fare 24 hours per day. In-room dining is also available 24 hours.

Do I need reservations for dining?
Reservations for dinner are generally recommended. Luncheon and breakfast reservations are generally not required unless special circumstances dictate the need.

All of our restaurants offer unique menu selections. Each has its own specialty. You may look under dining on the website to get more information on the cuisine.
What's your most casual restaurant?
All of our restaurants are comfortable and have a feel of relaxation. Villa de Flora, our Mediterranean buffet restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner has a more relaxed atmosphere. H20 Sports Bar & Cantina offers casual fare, poolside. And, Java Coast is a great place to grab coffee, sandwiches and salads 24 hours a day.

Do you have mini-bars in the room?
No. However, each of our guest rooms is equipped with a refrigerator stocked daily with two bottles of Dasani® water. The refrigerator can be stocked with specialty items by In-Room Dining.

Golf
Do you have a golf course?
We are affiliated with Celebration Golf Club, located within minutes of the hotel. We offer transportation to the course throughout the day.
Can I get advance tee times?
Yes, we are able to book a minimum of 7 days in advance at Celebration Golf Club. Tee times can be reserved by our Concierge.
