Package Terms and Conditions

Published pricing is for Traditional rooms, per person based on double occupancy, plus taxes, resort fees, and ticket handling fees applicable at the time of visit, unless stated otherwise. Atrium Garden upgrade rates vary. Pricing will vary based on room availability. Extra-person and child (ages 4-11) rates may be available. Prices, dates, components, artists and entertainment/theme events are non-negotiable and are subject to availability and change without notice. Not valid for groups or with other discounts. Select packages are commissionable to travel professionals. Other restrictions apply.

 

Deposit Policy

20% due with reservation; balance due 30 days prior to arrival, unless stated otherwise.

 

Core Packages

• 15 days or more prior to arrival = 100% refund of amount paid
• 14-4 days prior to arrival = 50% refund of amount paid
• 3 days or less = No refund.

 

Special Event Packages

• Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the full amount paid.
• Cancellations received 44 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
