Resort credit is applied upon arrival toward food, retail or spa services only; no cash refunds or substitutions for unused resort credits. Resort credit cannot be used toward special ticketed events/attractions such as ICE! or for special dining functions such as ShrekFeast. Additional nights may be available at prevailing rates.
