Strategically located between the Magnolia and Delta Conference areas, the Presidential Conference Rooms offer your attendees the ultimate in flexibility and convenience. As the name implies, these Conference Rooms are stately and designed to get business done.

Magnolia Conference Rooms

Located on the top level of Gaylord Opryland's convention center, our 20 Magnolia Conference Rooms can be configured in sizes ranging from 380 up to 5,680 square feet.

Delta Island Conference Rooms

Overlooking the Delta Island Courtyard and Gaylord Opryland's unique indoor river, the Delta Island Conference Rooms offer and exclusive meeting space unlike any other. Dining and after-meeting networking options are just a few steps away, so your meetings will be effective and enjoyable. Delta Island Conference Rooms can hold meetings from 12 to 160.

Delta Conference Rooms

Located directly over and a short flight of stairs up from the Delta Ballroom, these conference rooms are located for easy transition from general sessions to smaller breakout meetings. These conference rooms can handle meetings up to 550.

Ryman Studio Conference Rooms

The Ryman Studio Conference Rooms are located just outside the Ryman Ballroom, making them great spaces for breakout rooms with larger space for general sessions just steps away. These conference rooms ranges in size from 554 square feet up to 601 square feet, but rooms can be joined for spaces up to 1,733 square feet and hold meetings ranging in size from 16 to 160 attendees.
