The perfect blend of beauty and function, the six ballrooms of Gaylord Opryland give you incredible options for your reception, banquet, gala or general session. Sized between 3,364 sq. ft. and 55,314 sq. ft., these ballrooms can be subdivided into more intimate spaces as your needs require.

Each ballroom is completely equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual and lighting systems. Dramatically distinct decor inspires awe, while Gaylord Opryland's dedicated conference planning team anticipates your every need. That's the formula for an unforgettable meeting.

Magnolia Ballroom

Our most intimate ballroom is the perfect choice to host exclusive galas and banquets. The luxuriously appointed ballroom features a crystal chandelier in the center of the room. The Magnolia Ballroom adds a dash of exclusivity and splendor to smaller functions and handles events up to 250.

Delta Ballroom

Our signature ballroom features more than 55,000 square feet of space, plus a 63' X 40' theatrical stage, three dressing rooms, and registration offices. Your guests and attendees can mingle and network on the pre-function patio or in the Delta Lobby. The three lockable registration desks and offices, along with direct vehicle access, provide maximum ease and efficiency during the setup and execution of your event.

Governor's Ballroom

Conveniently located near the Tennessee and Presidential Ballrooms, the Governor's Ballroom offers over 18,000 square feet of meeting space and features a registration office and direct vehicle access.

Presidential Ballroom

Just steps away from the Business Center (and last-minute copying and faxing services), the Presidential Ballroom provides 29,120 square feet of space for mid-sized events. Featuring a 63' X 31' stage, registration offices and direct vehicle access, the Presidential Ballroom also has three Prefunction Bars located just outside the ballroom.

Tennessee Ballroom

Also located near the Business Center, the Tennessee Ballroom has just over 18,000 square feet of space and features a permanent 40'X20' stage, registration offices and direct vehicle access. Two lobby's provide a wealth of options for pre-function events or networking opportunities.

Ryman Ballroom

Locate on the exhibiton level, the Ryman Ballroom offers 6,033 square feet of luxury and function. It can handle meetings up to 588. The Ryman Studio Rooms are located just outside, making it a great space for larger general session meetings with breakout rooms just steps away.
