There's no shortage of options for smaller-sized meetings at Gaylord Opryland including our Conference Rooms, many of which can be configured for meetings of 50 or fewer. Executive meetings are perfectly suited for one of our five elegantly appointed boardrooms, the two Presidential Boardrooms, the two Magnolia Boardrooms and the Delta Boardroom. Intimate, elegant and outfitted with cutting edge audio/visual technology, our Boardrooms create the perfect atmosphere for brainstorming, strategizing and getting the deal done. You may also want to consider one of our five distinct Presidential Suites for meeting space or an executive meeting.

Our Mezzanine level, conveniently located one level above the ballrooms, offers an amazingly flexible amount of space in our Conference Rooms and Breakout Rooms for meetings of this size. Conference rooms in the Magnolia, Presidential and Delta Mezzanine areas can easily be configured for meetings up to 200. The Ryman Studio Conference Rooms are also perfectly suited for this size rooms.
You may also want to consider our largest Presidential Suite. It has a capacity of up to 100 people including a formal dining room with catering kitchen, a den, a grand piano, five bathrooms and bay windows providing exceptional view of the interior atrium.

For mid-sized meetings of 200-600 attendees, the Tennessee, Presidential, Magnolia, Delta, Ryman and Governor's Ballrooms offer flexible configurations that can be perfectly matched to your meeting space requirements. Several of the Conference Rooms--Cheekwood, Hermitage, Lincoln, Bayou, Canal and Delta Island--can be configured to accommodate meetings in this range as well.

More than 1,000 Attendees
You'll have many options for meetings of more than 1,000 in the Tennessee, Presidential, Governor's and Delta Ballrooms. The Ballrooms can be configured for smaller meetings or opened up for larger session. For the largest of events, the Ryman Exhibit Hall is perfect for conferences, trade shows and extra-large meetings. The Hall can handle 23,979 attendees in its largest configuration or be subdivided for meetings from 986 to over 10,000 attendees.
