While countless reasons cause us worry, Relâche, the Spa at Gaylord Opryland, has unveiled a new experience guaranteed to focus on the “here and now” and to reduce stress.The Om Experience calls guests to let go of the past and not wait for the future, taking complete advantage of the present moment. This experience takes place over a 60-day period and incorporates meditation, journaling and balancing of the chakras (energy points). While meditation creates stillness, focus and continues balance through everyday life, journaling brings heightened awareness to issues that serve as obstacles in life.

The Om Experience includes three 80-minute sessions, which incorporate consultation; guided meditation; skin care treatment; warm stone therapy; chakra balance and alignment; facial, hand, arm and foot massage; and question-and-answer time. Through the duration of the series, participants are asked to journal daily as a way of revealing the personal journey taking place. At the duration of the series, a 60-minute wrap-up session includes the opportunity to review journal entries and to create a life and vision plan.
The full Om Experience, priced at $625, includes all sessions, a journal and a vision board. Individual facials and massages can also be purchased at $225 each.
