Nashville, Tenn.—( September 24, 2007 ) Have one of most memorable dinners of the holiday season with a CMA Award-winner and Grand Ole Opry® star, only at Gaylord Opryland® Resort & Convention Center's 24th annual A Country Christmas®. Back by popular demand, the warm and gracious Pam Tillis will be spending the most wonderful time of the year at the landmark resort with her fans and friends during The Pam Tillis Christmas Dinner Party™ events.

Beginning November 18 and running through December 25, this sparkling show will get every audience member into the holiday spirit. The Pam Tillis Christmas Dinner Party showcases the popular and talented Tillis and her band as they perform several holiday songs, as well as hits from Tillis' nearly 20-year country music career.

The Pam Tillis Christmas Dinner Party includes a brand new menu this year. Some highlights include orange chipotle brined pork chops with sugar plum glaze served over white cheddar mashed potatoes with celery and onions; roasted chicken roulades with cranberry cornbread stuffing; blackstrap molasses glazed yams with miniature marshmallows; winter squash blend with cranberries and candied walnuts and scalloped corn soufflé. Not to mention the wide array of enticing appetizers and desserts, such as peppermint stick cheesecake with toasted walnut on a candy cane crust.

"This meal is served family-style to capture the memory of times past with friends and family, and giving us a residential style dinner shared with the common nature of the holiday spirit," said Michael Swann, executive chef of Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

A Grand Ole Opry member since 2000, Tillis regularly performs at her father Mel's theater in Branson, Mo. Tillis' awards include CMA's Female Vocalist of the Year, CMT's Video of the Year and a Grammy Award for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals.

The Pam Tillis Christmas Dinner Party will be held in one of the beautiful ballrooms at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from November 18 through December 25, 2007.
