Do you have Transportation to Area Attractions? From the Airport?
We run a complimentary shuttle to and from Gaylord Opryland Attractions including the Grand Ole Opry®, the General Jackson Showboat®, Opry MillsSM and Gaylord Springs Golf Links. We also have shuttle transportation available from the Nashville International Airport from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. unless your group arranges otherwise. The fare is $20 per person, one way and $30 per person round trip--about half the cost of a taxi.

When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival for room-only individual reservations. This does not apply if you are participating in a group or package stay. Each group has a specific cancellation policy, you will need to contact your meeting professional for details on your specific policy.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation?
Individual reservations are automatically guaranteed by charging a one-night room + tax deposit. For a refund, individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before your arrival date; package reservations require 15 days' notice.
How many rooms do you have?
2,881 including more than 200 suites and 750 garden terrace rooms with private balconies.
How big are your rooms?
More than 400 square feet.
What amenities are included?
Our guest rooms include modern conveniences like high-speed Internet access, an in-room hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electronic lock and key system, in-room safes, two phone lines with dataports and easy-to-use voice mail.

We have hundreds of connecting rooms. You may request connecting rooms and we will do everything we can to fill your request.
Do you take pets?
No. At this time pets are prohibited from residing at our resort. However, our property is ADA compliant and seeing-eye dogs are welcome.
How many people to a room?
Maximum of five people per standard room due to fire code.
How many restaurants and lounges are in the Resort?
We have four full-service restaurants, five lounges, and eight fast-service outlets.
