Nashville, Tenn.—( January 31, 2007 ) The U.S. Secretary of Agriculture is scheduled to speak at Gaylord Opryland Resort® and Convention Center at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2007. USDA Secretary Mike Johanns will address as many as 6,000 delegates attending the annual convention of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association being held at the landmark resort.
