Danny Jones is the Executive Director of Business Excellence at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Attractions. With a background in customer development and operational positions, Danny is responsible for continuous improvement of all departmental processes, services and products, based on feedback from internal and external customer experiences.
Danny began his career with Gaylord in June 2005, when he was named Corporate Brand Product Manager with Gaylord Hotels. This position allowed him to coordinate brand initiatives, projects and activities pertaining to Gaylord Entertainment's hotel division.
Prior to joining Gaylord, Danny was the Director of Corporate Customer Care and Operational Improvement for United Methodist Publishing House in Nashville, Tennessee. He also held various positions at Harrah's Resort Hotel and casino in Nevada, Embassy Suites Hotels in Southern California and Harvey's Resort Hotel and Casino in Nevada. A graduate from California State University, Danny received his bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Business Administration and Marketing.
Danny is married to Amber Jones, senior recruitment manager at Gaylord Opryland. They have a daughter, Simone, who is their very own STAR in training.
