Pam Huff is the Celebrity Services Manager at Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, located in Nashville, Tennessee. Huff's background includes 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where the majority of her efforts have included working exclusively with Celebrity and VIP guests.
Prior to joining the Gaylord family, she worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. At these properties, she specialized in arranging and executing Celebrity and VIP guest experiences, as well as planning magical honeymoon vacations. In 2001, Huff was recognized for exceptional contributions to the Walt Disney World Resort when she was honored with the Partners in Excellence award, which is considered to be the most prestigious award that a Cast Member can achieve during their employment.
Currently, Huff manages a team of nine employees who are responsible for delivering a flawless guest experience to Celebrity and VIP guests. This dedication to delivering exceptional customer service has received national recognition. In 2006, she and her team were recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Association as the national recipient of the Guest Relations Award for large properties. The 2008 book The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red-Carpet Service by acclaimed writer / speaker / consultant Donna Cutting featured the Gaylord Opryland Celebrity Services team, including examples of how Huff and her team roll out the red carpet for their guests. Throughout her stay at the hotel, Cutting received outstanding customer service and noted in her book, "The Celebrity Services team continued to amaze me."
Huff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Travel and Tourism from West Liberty State College in West Liberty, West Virginia.
