Gaylord Opryland offers guests transportation via an airport shuttle, hotel shuttle and sedan service as well as rides to Gaylord Springs Golf Links and to the Nashville landmark, the Grand Ole Opry.

Airport Shuttle

Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use our kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Daily shuttle schedule

• 5 a.m.-11 p.m.
• Daily express shuttle service: 11 a.m.-7 p.m. (departs every 20 minutes)

• $40 per person, roundtrip fare
• $30 per person, one-way fare
  • Guests 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $28 for roundtrip fares and $18 one-way fares per person. Children under 4 are complimentary.

 

Sedan & Limousine Service

The Sedan and Limousine Service provides rides for airport arrivals and departures, as well as to downtown Nashville. The airport service includes signage and a personal greeter at the airport baggage claim and assistance to the waiting car. Contact the Transportation Department at (615) 613-8617 for all bookings.

Gaylord Springs™ Golf Shuttle

The golf shuttle travels from the Hotel to Gaylord Springs and back upon request by calling (615) 458-1730 ext.3.

Discover Music City shuttle ticket includes transportation between Gaylord Opryland and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland to the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Wildhorse Saloon.

General Jackson Showboat Shuttle

Travels from Gaylord Opryland and Radisson Hotel at Opryland to the General Jackson and back.

General Jackson Showboat Departure Schedule

• Departs from Cascades Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and Radisson Hotel at Opryland
  Shuttle departure time will begin one hour prior to cruise departure time and runs continually until the General Jackson departs. For example, if the cruise departure time is 7 p.m., shuttle transportation will begin at 6 p.m.

 

Grand Ole Opry Shuttle

The Grand Ole Opry Shuttle travels from the Hotel and Radisson Hotel at Opryland to the Grand Ole Opry and back. A shuttle ticket is required for all guests when the Grand Ole Opry is at the Ryman Auditorium, which is November through February.

• When the Grand Ole Opry is performing at the Ryman Auditorium, roundtrip shuttle tickets are $20 per person.

Departure Schedule

• Departs from Cascades Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and Radisson Hotel at Opryland
  Shuttle departure time will begin one hour prior to show time and runs continually until the show begins.
• Return service to the hotels begins immediately after the show ends.

*Refunds will not be honored after your arrival date.
