Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center:

The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is the largest non-gaming hotel in the continental United States. We have 2879 rooms at our property and feature 9 acres of lush indoor gardens, winding rivers, pathways, and sparkling waterfalls where you can unwind, explore, shop, dine, and be entertained to your heart's content.

Guest Rooms:

All rooms are guaranteed to have either two double beds or one king bed. While we have noted every preference, and strive to meet every request, we cannot guarantee every request will be fulfilled. Please inquire about your room at check-in as rooms are not assigned until then.

Check-In:

Check in begins at 3pm and check out is at 11am. We will make every effort to accommodate earlier arrivals with rooms as they become available. If there is a wait, luggage storage will be available for your convenience.

Resort Fee:

In addition to the room rate, a resort fee of $15 plus tax per night, per room will be charged, which includes two bottles of water delivered to your room daily, wireless internet access throughout the property, high-speed internet access in room, local calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter), access to the fitness center, daily newspaper delivery (USA Today M-F, Tennessean Sat-Sun) and scheduled complex transportation.

Parking Fee:

Parking at Gaylord Opryland is $16 per day for self parking and $24 per day for valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self parking price.

Airport Transportation Shuttle Service:

Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use our kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Cost:

  • $35 per person, roundtrip fare
  • $25 per person, one-way fare
    • Guests 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $25 for roundtrip fares and $15 one-way fares per person. Children under 4 are complimentary.

 

Smoking Policy:

To preserve the pristine conditions of its resort, Gaylord Opryland is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and interior public space.

Deposit Policy:

Room reservations require a one night room and tax deposit to guarantee them.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room and tax. (Please note: Gaylord Opryland has a $50 early departure fee).

Tax Rate:

Currently 9.25% State Tax, 6% Occupancy Tax, and $2.00 per room per night city tax. Subject to change without notice.

When cancelling a room reservation, please remember to also cancel any reservations previously scheduled at Relâche Spa, Gaylord Springs Golf Links, the Grand Ole Opry or the General Jackson Showboat.
