Wedding and Reception Venue Tours Now Available! 

Wedding Ceremony
Make your vows against the backdrop of our beautifully manicured gardens and the historic Potomac River. Or, walk down the aisle inside our gleaming glass atrium—an “outside” venue with zero chance of rain.

The fee for holding a wedding ceremony at the Gaylord National begins at $2,500 and is based on location, set up, date and number of guests. This ceremony fee includes a complimentary changing room for the wedding party to prepare for the service.

 

Wedding Reception
Delight your guests with hors d'oeuvres and champagne passed by white-gloved waiters as they await your arrival. Then, have Gaylord National chefs serve from carving stations, or experience an elegant three- or four-course meal served by uniformed wait staff.

Gaylord National offers several menu and drink packages to choose from, and each may be customized to meet your specific wishes.

 

Wedding Planning
When it comes to wedding planning, our experience and professionalism is unsurpassed. We make it our responsibility to offer the finest food, services and atmosphere, as well as suggestions, ideas and guidance to help our wedding couples.

The selection of vendors for wedding services such as cakes, photography and florists is at your discretion. Our wedding coordinators, however, are available to advise you and suggest the finest vendors in the area, while our Director of Entertainment can assist you in selecting musicians for the ceremony or wedding reception.

Wedding and Reception Venue Tours

Spring and Summer 2009 Dates Coming Soon!

Gaylord National offers a variety of ceremony and reception locations to make the wedding of your dreams come true. Now we are offering you and your family the opportunity to take a wedding tour of our amazing property.

These tours will last about two hours and will include a comprehensive walk-through of all wedding and reception event space. During this tour, guests will be provided with menus, event space photos and graphs, and even a personalized space recommendation, along with detailed overviews of wedding packages and prices.

Upcoming Wedding Venue Tours at Gaylord National:

• Saturday, May 2 at 11am
• Saturday, May 29 at 11am

Potential Brides will be provided with:

• A complimentary goodie bag to get your planning started for your Gaylord National Wedding
• One complimentary parking pass

To attend a Wedding and Reception Venue Tours, guests must:

• Register in advance by using the form below or by contacting gnweddings@gaylordhotels
• Be considering getting married between now and the end of 2010
• Be considering hosting a ceremony and reception or reception-only event with us
• Be able to meet the $15,000 minimum required spending for wedding events.  Note, that this miniumum may increase depending on the ballroom you consider for your reception.
• Guests are encouraged to bring their own cameras
