An indoor pool spans the entire south side of the hotel tower. The men's and women's locker rooms deliver every amenity, including relaxation lounges, saunas and steam rooms.
Our packages range from personalized experiences to our harmonic couples massage. All packages include the use of our steam room, sauna, locker rooms and a variety of amenities, including access to our co-ed Tea/Relaxation lounge.

This Junior Olympic-sized, 24-meter lap pool is perfect for families and fitness! And, in warmer months it becomes "open air" as the front doors open to a gorgeous outdoor sun-deck and resort-style pool bar.
And, our 24-hour fitness center has the most sophisticated fitness equipment available, including cardio equipment outfitted with personal televisions.

The long-anticipated completion of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Pedestrian Path means that Gaylord National is now accessible by bike...and foot! Take advantage of this scenic route over the Potomac River for stellar views from the bridge's overlook platforms and telescopes.
On the other side of this 1.1-mile bridge, the path connects with the Mount Vernon Trail providing scenic trips to Old Town Alexandria, Washington, DC, and—of course—George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens.
