Meeting Space by Size of Group

Fewer than 50 Attendees
Gaylord National offers several options for smaller-sized meetings. Many of our Conference Rooms can be configured for meetings of 50 or fewer. For executive meetings, consider one of our two elegantly appointed boardrooms, The Presidential Boardroom and the Fort Washington Boardroom. Intimate and warm, these exclusive spaces feature board tables that seat 14. Plus, our exclusive Hotel within a Hotel concept means that your attendees' guest rooms could be literally just steps from your meeting space.

50 to 200 Attendees
All of our Conference Rooms—National Harbor, Azalea, Annapolis, Baltimore and Chesapeake—are perfectly designed for meetings of up to 200. In addition, the exquisite Cherry Blossom Ballroom also can be set up for meetings or conferences of this size.

200 to 600 Attendees
For mid-sized meetings of 200-600 attendees, the National Harbor, Chesapeake, Annapolis and Baltimore Conference Rooms offer flexible configurations that can be perfectly matched to your meeting space requirements. All four Ballrooms—Cherry Blossom, Potomac, Maryland and Woodrow Wilson—can be configured to accommodate meetings in this range as well.

600 to 1000 Attendees
Our Cherry Blossom and Woodrow Wilson Ballrooms are perfectly sized for meetings this size. The Potomac and Maryland Ballrooms, though slightly larger, also offer a variety of configurations for meetings in the 600-1000 range. The Potomac Ballroom also offers a 32'10" x 99'4" stage for use in conferences or to handle entertainment for dinner and evening events.

More than 1000 Attendees
You'll have many options for meetings of more than 1,000 in the Woodrow Wilson, Potomac and Maryland Ballrooms. The Ballrooms can be configured for smaller meetings or opened up for larger session. For the largest of events, Prince George's Exhibition Hall is perfect for conferences, trade shows and extra-large meetings. Prince George's can handle more than 17,000 attendees in its largest configuration or be subdivided for meetings in the 2,000 to 3,600 range.
