Old Hickory takes pride in only offering the finest cuts in superior quality, all-natural beef from California's award-winning Harris Ranch—meaning every steak is aged to perfection, perfectly marbled, exceptionally tender and flavorful. Experience a tableside presentation of flavorful cheeses from our glass-enclosed artisan cheese cave. The Maitre d'Fromage purchases, stores and ages some of the most flavorful artisanal cheeses from around the world.
