Are the resort fees optional?
It is Gaylord National's policy to charge every guest a daily resort fee, currently $15.00, for the amenities offered. The resort fees includes: local phone calls (first 20 min. of each), toll-free and credit calls (first 20 min. of each), high-speed Internet access in guest room, access to hotel's state-of-the-art fitness center, bottled water (two per room, per day) and a daily newspaper.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is charged during the reservation process. The deposit is refundable as long as the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. (E.g., if the guest is arriving on March 15, the reservation must be canceled by midnight EST on March 11.)

As an overnight hotel guest, do I have wireless Internet access throughout the hotel?
The resort fee includes wired and wireless high-speed Internet access in your guest room. However, wired and wireless Internet access in the Convention Center and meeting areas is not included. Access in those areas must be arranged through the meeting group.
