Are the resort fees optional?
It is Gaylord National's policy to charge every guest a daily resort fee, currently $15.00, for the amenities offered. The resort fees includes: local phone calls (first 20 min. of each), toll-free and credit calls (first 20 min. of each), high-speed Internet access in guest room, access to resort's state-of-the-art fitness center, bottled water (two per room, per day) and a daily newspaper.

Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is charged during the reservation process. The deposit is refundable as long as the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. (E.g., if the guest is arriving on March 15, the reservation must be canceled by midnight EST on March 11.)

Which credit cards are accepted for a deposit?
Gaylord National accepts American Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard and Visa.

How much is the tax?
The room tax is 15% of the room rate, applied daily.

What time are check in and check out?
Check in is at 3:00 pm EST, and check out is 11:00 am EST.

How much are the shuttle fees?

• Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) - $18.00 per passenger/$65.00 exclusive*
• Dulles International Airport (IAD) - $32.00 per passenger/$100.00 exclusive*
• Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI) - $39.00 per passenger/$110.00 exclusive*

These are one-way rates. The exclusive rates apply if a party hires the van for up to 7 passengers; the van will not be shared with other passengers.

How much is parking?

• $12.00 for 0-3 hours self parking
• $19.00 per day self parking/overnight*
• $17.00 for 0-3 hours valet parking
• $28.00 per day valet parking/overnight*

What is the closest airport?
The Ronald Reagan (DCA) is only 15 minutes away. Other area airports approximately 50 minutes away are Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).

What is the closet Metro stop?
The closet metro stop is Southern Avenue which is located on the Green line.

How much is a taxi from the airport?
